Aalok Mehta is Qualified Chartered Accountant and Founder member of Firm , has more than 15 years vast and rich experience in field of Audit which includes Statutory Audit , Internal Audit and Due Diligence Audit of Several SME and Listed Public Companies. Further to that he has also conducted Bank branch Statutory Audit , Concurrent Audits ,Stocks Audit, Income Leakage Audit for many nationalized and Private Sector Bank. He renders Advisory, planning and Compliance Services for Corporates and Non Corporates on matter related to Income Tax , Goods and Service Tax , Service Tax ,Maharashtra Value Added Tax (MVAT) , Professional Tax and Company Law .He Has also carried out Several Assignments on project finance , Corporate Financial Planning, Short Term/ Long Term borrowing , MIS Services. He has also involved in Drafting and Vetting of various commercial Documents /Deed for corporate and Non Corporates.

He is Vice President of The Goods and Service Tax Practitioners' Association of Maharashtra. He is Vice Chairman of Student and IT Committee of The Chamber of Tax Consultant and also severed as Vice Chairman of Indirect Tax Committee of The Chamber of Tax Consultant in year 2013-2014 . He was also member of Indirect Tax Committee of Western India Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India in year 2013-2014. He is Member of core committee of The Indian Council for Mental Health and Urmi foundation - A Charitable Trust working for education of differently abled and Mentally challenged children of society.He is also advisor to State Government and Central Government on matter related to Indirect Tax and Direct Tax.

He regularly delivers talks and presented papers on Audit, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Project finance related subject to professional seminar organized by various forums and professional bodies. He is regular Contributor of articles & columns in renowned monthly publications published by The Sales Tax Practitioner's Association of Maharashtra, The Chamber of Tax Consultants and other Professional Journals and Various News papers.

He has been awarded as "Best Convener"and Best Article writer by The Goods and Service Tax Practitioners' Association of Maharashtra ( Formerly known as The Sales Tax Practitioners' Association of Maharashtra) in each of Seven Consecutive years i.e. from f.y.2010-2011 to f.y. 2016-2017 for his Excellency in contribution of professional education amongst Member.

CA. Hiral S. Shah is a Fellow Member of ICAI and Master of Commerce & Bachelor in Legislative Laws from University of Mumbai, has completed post Qualification course on Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI. Serving the Profession since 2006 and has experience in the field of Accountancy, Direct Tax, Audit, Indian GST, Corporate Law Matters, Financial Planning, and Handling Assessment & Appeal Proceedings. His strengths include drafting, communication and organizational skills. Permanent Invitee and Member of the managing committee of The Goods & Service Tax Practitioners Association of Maharashtra (GSTPAM) for various years. Hon. Secretary of Jain Chartered Accountants Federation (JCAF) - Mumbai for the years 2021-2023. An eminent speaker & co-author of many publications, Blogs etc. Regularly delivers lectures at professional seminars on Taxation & Allied Laws. Also empanelled with ICAI as an arbitrator after successfully completing the Certificate Course held by ICAI & Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks. On the Academic Front CA. Hiral Shah stood First in Mumbai University in M.Com. Examination by securing 100 on 100 in the subject of Accountancy.
